The man behind The Innovision of HII. Mr. Monserrat began as an Assistant Manager at Citibank, swiftly earning Senior Vice-President status by the age of 26. He then transferred to Coca-Cola Export Corporation as Head of Marketing for its Philippine operations and then was expatriated to Coca-Cola de Mexico as Regional Marketing Director for the North Latin America Division. He then moved on to become Director of Latin America for E&J Gallo Wineries. Under Mr. Monserrat’s leadership, HII has established itself as one of the leading hotel and property management companies in the Philippines.
